Project Technology Manager 

 

Responsibilities 

• You manage and coordinate joint venture projects with technology partners and providers.

• You carry out a variety of technology integration projects and models for project development.

• You will maintain the company's technology database with the latest innovations and trends.

• You prepare customer and investor presentation materials. 

• You are responsible for planning and coordinating the whole technology chain of the projects.

• You are responsible for the development of optimal technology structure of the projects.

• You will be responsible for the relations with the technology partners and providers.

• You will be responsible for the relations with the customers and M&O services.

Your skills and experience 

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry or related field from a top-tier university or equivalent.

• Solid engineering knowledge related to the energy transition technologies and hydrogen. 

• Minimum of 5 years of experience with a successful track record in project development.

• Demonstrated ability in managing projects and strategic initiatives.

• Excellent analytical and conceptual skills. 

• A structured, responsible and results-driven way of working in a team environment.

• A track record of developing/implementing new technologies and innovations in business.

• First-rate communication skills and experience in collaborating with various stakeholders.

• Strong presentation skills and the ability to quickly gain trust and build solid working relationships.

• Fluency in English.

• You carry out the most efficient business models with customers, technology partners and investors.

• You are responsible for the business development with customers and partners.

• You will manage the development of optimal transaction/finance structure as well as the contract design. 

• You will be responsible for financing and for the relations with the lenders and investors.

Your skills and experience 

• Master’s degree in Engineering or Finance or Business or related field from a top-tier university or equivalent.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience with a successful track record in project development.

• Demonstrated ability in managing projects and strategic initiatives.

• Excellent analytical and conceptual skills, a structured and results-driven way of working, and a track record of developing/implementing new paradigms in a business environment 

• First-rate communication skills and experience in collaborating with various stakeholders in a team environment .

• Strong presentation skills and the ability to quickly gain trust and build solid working relationships .

Responsibilities 

• You control and coordinate joint venture projects with technology partners and M&A transactions with investors.

• You carry out financial models, prepare and coordinate investor presentation materials. 

• You are responsible for planning and coordinating the due diligence. 

• You will support the development of transaction/finance structure as well as the contract design. 

• You will be responsible for debt financings and for the relations with the lenders.

• You will be responsible for the tender procedures of EU funds grants and loans financing opportunities and for the relations with management bodies.

• You will be responsible for a potential listing on the stock exchange and public financing.

 

Your skills and experience 

• Master’s degree in Finance or Business or related field from a top-tier university or equivalent.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience with a successful track record in project development.

• Demonstrated ability in managing projects and strategic initiatives.

• Excellent analytical and conceptual skills.

• A structured, responsible, and results-driven way of working in a team environment.

• A track record of developing/implementing new paradigms and innovations in business.

• First-rate communication skills and experience in collaborating with various stakeholders.
